IACP Playground

Step-by-step simulation of an Inter-Agent Communication Protocol (IACP) handoff. Agent A (Researcher) packages a task, signs it with Ed25519, and emits a handoff request. Agent B (Writer) receives, verifies the cryptographic envelope, and returns a signed ACK. This matches the spec at /specs/handoff.md and /specs/iacp.md.

What just happened?

This is a visual walkthrough of Layers 4 and 5 of the Agent OSI Model. Layer 4 (Handoff) defines the cryptographic payload structure — who signs, what gets hashed, how TTL works. Layer 5 (IACP) defines the transport: how agents discover peers, send envelopes, and receive acknowledgements. Both specs are published under CC BY 4.0.
